Introduction from your host
This 3-story family home in North West London offers a quiet, safe, and comfortable base close to transport, shops and restaurants. Guests have use of the bright, airy loft studio with views across a mature garden filled with trees and flowers, squirrels and birdsong. The loft has its own private bathroom and shared use of a separate kitchen and laundry room on the same floor. Hosts Marie Louise and Matthew are a creative couple, working from home. She runs her own Fashion PR agency. He has just returned to full time education - studying for the PhD which eluded him when family life took over.
One elderly border terrier completes the household. She struggles with stairs now, so rarely makes it to the top floor. (Although any food left lying around occasionally incentivises a raiding mission – so be warned.) Usually, you’ll find her by the front door, ready to welcome you home.
